           Dear Sir or Madam :

           Because of the coronavirus (Covid-19), and the fact that President Donald Trump announced earlier today he's declaring a national emergency to deal with the coronavirus crisis

as cases increase alarmingly and criticism mounts over how he's responding to the situation. In California, our Governor has issued a state of emergency, as well as the public's reaction to the virus, the April 18th and 19th of the Buddha’s Birthday Festival Celebration at Garden Grove Park in the city of Garden Grove has been canceled.

We are very disappointed to make this decision. We do not know how will the situation be in the next two or three months. We postpone this event until next year. After six years in Westminster Mall and Mile Square Park, we are so excited to organize in Garden Grove Park. We are looking forward to next year.

The meeting we planned to have on Saturday March 14, 2020 is also canceled.

This decision has been made by the Executive Council and the Council of Dignitaries over the telecommunication.
